Suzanne Strisower has always had a passion for working with people to improve their
lives. Her diverse background, extensive training and broad-based 30+ years of service
give her many abilities to effectively benefit a wide variety of clients. She is in the
Who's Who of American Women.
Education: Suzanne has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Her Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts is from John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, California. Suzanne completed an accredited International Coach Federation coaching school, Coach for Life, in San Diego, CA, www.coachforlife.com.
Health & Human Services: Suzanne has spent the past 15+ years working with severely emotionally disturbed teenagers as a Residential Treatment Counselor in a group home. As a Mentor to "wayward wealthy teens" who needed some support to get through the tough times they were experiencing. She served two commissions in Contra Costa County: the Child Advocate of the Mental Health Commission and was a member of the Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Commission for years. Currently, she is a Social Worker working with foster children and foster families in Northern California.
Interior Desiqner & Project Manaqer: For over six years, Suzanne designed and managed the installation of her projects in numerous hospitals and medical office buildings. These projects were on time and under budget. Her goal was to "create environments that heal" and have satisfied clients.
Author/Publisher & Workshop Presenter: Suzanne has written and published a book, The Runes of the Four Realms and was a contributing author to another book, Word Colors. She has conducted workshops, lectures and has participated in workshops nationally. Coaching as an Inspired Profession was an article Suzanne recently wrote outlining her view and practice of her profession.
Spiritual & Inner Work: Suzanne has spent most of her adult life exploring the world's major religions and spiritual practices including: Christianity, Buddhism, Shamanism, Reiki, Light body Work, Hypnotherapy and lntuitive Consulting. I worked for many years as the weekly lntuitive Reader for the prestigious Claremont Hotel in Berkeley, California.
